Role:
You will start working in our offices in Dartford as a Trainee Financial Advisor as part of our hugely successful Protection Team, getting used to speaking to our clients about financial products and the benefits of using a financial adviser. You will learn how to communicate with individuals at all levels whilst being in regular contact with our current team of financial advisers. As a company we will strive to develop you through your career as quickly as possible whilst giving you all the necessary tools to be the best in your industry.
After your initial 9 months trainee period we will pay for your study and obtain your CeMAP 1 qualification allowing you to progress in to a Protection Adviser position. At this stage you will become a regulated individual and join our Financial Practice alongside our team of advisers.
Following this promotion you will begin studying for your Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice (DipFA). This will take a minimum of 6 months whilst working. Your earnings will greatly increase as a Protection Consultant allowing you to sacrifice some of your working hours for study. Once achieving this qualification you will then be fully qualified in all areas of financial advice and will instantly become a Full Financial Planner.
As a Full Financial Planner you will be provided with face to face appointments with clients and be given full administrative support.
This model will allow you to focus on building and maintaining relationships with your clients providing them with sound financial advice.

Expected Earnings:
Year 1: £18,000-24,000
Year 2: £32,000-48,000
Year 3: £60,000+
